AlphaSeq paper published in PNAS!

A paper introducing AlphaSeq has been published in PNAS! In it, we demonstrate that we can reprogram yeast mating to simultaneously characterize thousands of protein-protein interactions and that we can observe changes in interaction strengths when the extracellular environment is modified.
